Operations Assistant NZ
JUCY Rentals NZ has a fantastic new role for someone to really “get under the hood” of our Operations administration. This is a brand new role where you can showcase your coordination skills and your natural ability to work quickly & efficiently across all levels within the business.
Reporting to the Head of Operations for NZ Rentals you will provide background support to the branches and fleet operations. This will ensure the consistent delivery of a high-quality service fleet to our customers.
You’ll have a dynamic and organised personality that will enable you to effectively support our Branch Managers, Team Leaders and Head of Operations. More importantly, you’ll be able to demonstrate assertiveness in assisting with the coordination of key fleet & operations activities across the branches.
What you'll be doing?
- Ensure fleet servicing standards and vehicle condition policies are updated for all branches

Assist the Head of Operations with the administration of both operations and fleet projects
- Responsible for submitting National Insurance Claims and required documentation to JUCY Claims Department
- Responsible for the administration and recovery of all Infringements notices and fines
- Assist with Branch Operations Administration. Including but not limited to providing monthly reporting.
- Provide reporting on infringements and fines
- Create ad-hoc guidelines for operations where required
- Assist NZR operations in ad-hoc projects
- Provide regular fleet Report Analysis
- Provide support to branches where needed
To be successful in this position you will need:
- Ability to work with or easily pick up new technology & systems
- Experience with Fleet Management (Preferred)
- A Full & current driver’s license
- Ability to develop positive internal and external relationships
- Prioritisation of work skills
- Intermediate Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be required
- A can-do attitude is a must!
