Starting out washing dishes in high school, my first taste of being in the belly of a kitchen led me to enroll in the Culinary Arts program. My career has led me through hotels, cafes, bars, and restaurants, before landing with JUCY's first F&B venture at Miss Lucy's.
My passion includes all things kitchen and bar, such as creating menus, systems, and leading a team of legends. It's been an absolute pleasure seeing the doors to Miss Lucy's open for the first time to become a busy bar and restaurant with great vibes.
When I'm not at work, you'll find me enjoying the surrounding outdoors of Queenstown by either hiking, biking, or snowboarding (how lucky are we to live here!)
