JUCY is on the lookout for a new People and Culture Business Parter to join our Head office in Parnell Auckland.

The role of the People and Culture business partner is to deliver the outcomes of our strategy with a focus on building everyday leadership through targeted coaching and guidance. Through the delivery of support and guidance this will enable our leaders to build great teams and ultimately provide a great employee experience.

 Areas of responsibility:

• Develop a people strategy and define & deliver an aligned annual program of work to enable our strategic vision.
• Be a trusted partner and advisor and extended member of our teams, sharing accountability for people outcomes aligned to our strategy.
• Partner and enable our leaders to plan and deliver change, driven by customer expectations, legislation including understanding risk & opportunities of business decisions.
• Accelerate building the capability of our people leaders
  
• Find ways to embed health and wellbeing into everything we do
• Deliver operational excellence through tech and automation where-ever it makes sense
  
• Lead the way in enabling the build of successful teams

You'll have a built a diverse career in people and culture, over a minimum of 8-10 years, with strong capabilities in:

• P & C change management
  
• Commercial acumen
• Stakeholder management
• Dealing with ambiguity
