JUCY is an award-winning tourism brand, and we have a rare opportunity for a Head of Technology to join us at our Parnell head office.

Reporting into our CEO, the successful applicant will understand the importance of our customers and that our digital products and technological capabilities play a critical part of that customer journey. 

Role responsibilities

• People Leadership. You'll be an experienced people leader, who has proven success in leading and developing a cohesive, successful team
  
• Strategic knowledge - You'll define and deliver an aligned product, digital and technology strategy that enables business performance as well as the JUCY brand.
  
• Product Management. You'll be responsible for our digital products: owning strategy, development, management, and optimisation.
  
• Technical Leadership. You'll be well-versed in planning and implementing tech and digital solutions to support business growth, cost efficiencies and of course, our customers.
  
• Project Management. You'll be responsive and able to prioritise to ensure the right projects and products are prioritised at the right time.  
• Collaborate: Build and maintain existing relationships with our external service provider to ensure the alignment of JUCY Goals.
• Stakeholder Management. You will be a seasoned stakeholder and influencer

Your experience:

• At least 5 years proven leadership experience, including experience of being a part of a leadership team.
• Demonstrable achievements in leading effective change through strategic planning
  
• Strong general management skills across digital and product disciplines
• Extensive project management experience in the IT sector
