JUCY is an award-winning, NZ owned and operated tourism company. From cars, beds, campers, and boats across New Zealand, Australia and USA - we have been painting the world purple and green since 2001.    

But even the hardiest adventure-seekers need their rest. JUCY Snooze is a place for people to share their last adventures or prepare for the next one! Complete with the latest technology, and a mix of pod-style and en-suite hotel rooms, we offer privacy without the price tag.  

JUCY Snooze is expanding and you will lead a portfolio of three Snoozes in New Zealand with plenty of opportunities to drive growth.  The General Manager is responsible for establishing the operating model & strategy that will enable new and existing NZ properties to deliver optimal financial performance, in line with JUCY’s strategic business plan objectives.

All three Snoozes are in different phases of their JUCY life, with a new location pending in central Auckland, another in Christchurch and Queenstown. JUCY seek a high performing General Manager with senior leadership presence, strong commercial acumen and an ability to achieve operational excellence across a diverse business.  Does it sound like you? 

  • Proven success as a strategic business leader in the Hotel industry 
  • Previous success in creating an engaged, high-performing team 
  • Outstanding financial discipline, including revenue management and P&L 
  • Experience in leading performance and process improvement across multi-site locations 
  • A hunger for revenue!  Gaining market share and exceeding business plans 
  • Ability to lead sustainable business change 
  • Trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, a strong collaborator.
